WHAT IS IT?
A comprehensive workshop for your church
The Comprehensive Workshop is a 1-3 day workshop that includes an on-site visit where our team does a top to bottom evaluation of your church. We’ll help you identify areas that need attention and establish a customized plan to do so. We’ll also identify broken or missing systems and assist you in finding a solution that will set you and your team up for success. We will also create a strategic plan for the future that will position you for maximum impact and sustainable growth.
"As a growing organization with multiple brands, it can be a challenge to find a partner to work with that can function as if they are a direct part of your team, however, with Fluid, we found exactly that..."
- Ben Rath - Next Level Church

You’re having a hard time assimilating and discipling new people.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The Catalyst Comprehensive can last anywhere from 1-3 business days, depending on the size, needs, and status of the church. We'll begin by getting a clear picture of where your church is now, then work to define goals of where you'd like it to be.

You can expect to leave our Workshop feeling energized, empowered, and fully equipped to take your church to the next level.

Hosted By Our Founder
Thomas MacDonald PCC, CBC
Tom takes a multi-faceted approach to logistics, distribution, process improvements and product development in order to gain and retain member support. His areas of expertise include brand image, reputation, social media connectivity, sourcing and manufacturing, international partnership establishment, non-profit marketing and even politics (elections and fundraising).
His call is crystal clear: “I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—,” (John 15:16) AND “to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up,” (Eph. 4:12). He is able to focus his gifting, knowledge and experience towards the support of Lead Pastors and the Local Church.
What is my investment?
Your investment for a Catalyst Workshop depends on the size of your team and your church, as well as the whether you’d like to receive ongoing support from the team at Fluid Church. That’s why instead of one size fits all pricing, we’d love to simply start with a conversation to better understand where you’re at and how we can best help you reach your goals.
Rev. Edward MacDonald Scholarship Fund
Fueling the gospel was the heart of Ed MacDonald. From a young age, he embraced a deep relationship with Jesus and wanted others to experience what he had found. As a high school student, he would go far out of his way to pick up other students for church. He always had a heart for those in search of help and hope. He continually supported world outreach efforts and made sure he was actively living a missional lifestyle, going door-to-door just to pray with people who might need it.
As a church planter and pastor, he did not measure success by the number of people in the pews, but by the number of people who found new purpose in Christ. He believed that there was no greater purpose than to help others find a path to salvation and used a wide breadth of creative ways to draw them into church or to meet them where they were. Ed MacDonald loved people and had a deep desire to see them become a part of the “Big C:” Church. He spent countless hours discipling and encouraging others on how to passionately pursue those in need of help and hope. He led by example. Even after he retired from ministry, he never wavered from the mission to share the love of Christ with others. He was/is a man of God, an evangelist, a friend, a leader, a dreamer, a pastor, a husband, a soul winner, and a loving father.
In Ed MacDonald’s honor, we have created a fund to allow pastors and their teams, who might not have the resources, find a catalyst to propel their calling, vision, and mission.
